How to use
- Warm up first with light movement, gentle rolling, or a warm shower.
- On a yoga mat, place the device smooth side down.
- The device needs a yoga mat (or similar) to avoid slipping.
- Align the "thumbs" on either side of your spine. Do not place directly on bone.
- Don’t rush. Sink and breathe for 20–30 seconds. Aim for “good pain” that eases as the muscle releases. If pain is sharp, electric, or causes numbness, stop immediately.
- To increase pressure lift your hips above the ground, and use your legs to gently 'rock' back and forth.
- Shift about a centimeter at a time. Hit two to three spots per side. Total session: about two minutes. Less is more.
Safety notes
- Not a medical device. Do not use on acute injuries or inflamed areas.
- Avoid direct pressure on the spine, ribs, or other bony landmarks.
- Stop use if you feel sharp pain, tingling, or numbness. When in doubt, consult a qualified professional.
