Product Liability Indemnification


By purchasing or using the Rocknrollr product (“Product”), Buyer agrees to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Seller, its Affiliates, and each of their respective employees, officers, directors, and agents (each, a “Seller Indemnified Party”) from and against any and all liability, loss, damage, claim, demand, action, judgment, settlement, expense (including reasonable attorneys’ fees and expenses), and cost (collectively, “Liability”) that any Seller Indemnified Party may incur or be required to pay to one or more third parties arising from or relating to:
(a) personal injury, property damage, or death of any person resulting from use of the Rocknrollr Product; or
(b) the conduct by Buyer or its Affiliates, licensees, or sublicensees of any study, program, demonstration, or similar activity involving the Rocknrollr Product or its packaging.

Assumption of Risk


By using the Rocknrollr Product, Buyer/user expressly acknowledges and accepts that:

  1. Exercise, therapy, massage, and self‑care activities involve inherent risks, including but not limited to bruising, muscle strain, nerve issues, paralysis, or death.
  2. Buyer/user voluntarily assumes all risks associated with the use of the Product, whether foreseeable or unforeseeable.
  3. Buyer/user agrees that Seller is not responsible for any injuries, damages, or losses sustained through the direct or indirect use of the Rocknrollr Product.

WARNING: The Rocknrollr Product is NOT a medical device.

IMPORTANT SAFETY NOTICE:

  • Serious or fatal injury may occur if used improperly.
  • Consult a licensed physician prior to beginning any exercise or therapy program.
  • The Rocknrollr Product is intended for adult use only in the manner expressly shown, illustrated, or described by Seller.
  • Individuals under the age of 18 must use the Rocknrollr only under direct and continuous adult supervision.
  • Always inspect the Product for damage, defect, or wear prior to each use.
  • Discontinue use immediately if any issues are identified.
  • The Rocknrollr Product is not intended for medical, institutional, or commercial fitness use.
